Horizontal Tabular Horizontal Tabular Label Sample

A tabular format is allowed on packages that have less than 40 square inches for nutrition labeling.

Horizontal Linear
Horizontal Linear Label Sample

A linear format nutrition label is allowed on packages that have a total surface area available for labeling of less than 12 square inches or on packages that have a total surface area of less than 40 square inches and the package shape or size cannot accommodate a column display on any label panel.

Dual Label

A dual declaration nutrition label is voluntarily provided to give information for both mix only and as prepared.
